PREPARE YOUR STAY.

CONDITIONS.

 

To guarantee your reservation, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.  The balance 30 days before the start of your stay.

 

Deposit and guarantee.

7 days before your arrival, please pay with the balance of the booking the deposit of 600 EUR and we will return it to you after your stay, minus cleaning and consumption of water/gas/electricity and optional linen hire (calculated on the out/in index at the price mentioned in the contract).

 

Sheets and towels. 

Standard rental: Take your duvet cover, fitted sheet and pillowcase for 4 double beds and 2 single beds.  Don't forget your bath towel, hand towel and kitchen towels.

 

Option: We hire out a kit for 10 people, complete with sheets and towels, ready and delivered to the Villa on your arrival.  Extra charge of 12.5 euros per person, i.e. 125 euros.  The kit is complete and cannot be divided.  The price is added to the booking. 

 

Cleaning.

The house will be clean on your arrival.  A check-list is requested on arrival via a digital form.  The link will be sent to you by Whatsapp or SMS.  When you leave, please tidy up the property as you found it on arrival.  

The deposit will cover any damage (please tell us, no worries!) and cleaning (fixed fee of 125 euros).

 

Cancellation policy.

60 days prior to stay, full refund.

30 days before arrival, 50% refund.

 

Restrictions.

Please do not put tents for extra guests in the garden.

Pets: If you wish to bring a small dog, please ask us in advance.  Please do not leave any "gifts" from your pooch in the garden.  A cleaning of the garden will be charged 100 euros on the guarantee.

 

Parking.

2-3 cars park in front of the garage.

Please do not park in front of the house on the street.

Please do not park on the lawn.  A fine of 100 euros will be charged if you do.
